The History of Ardex Funds

2008 - was founded in 2008 by Mark B. Kaufman, Jr. to seek both local and International investment opportunities to create an innovative, strong corporate values and culture. Applied the latest technology to enhance the use of economic resources. Appointed the exclusive investment adviser for BG's $110 million budget earmarked to acquire distressed private companies in an effort to boost economic revival. Conservative investment philosophy sees us emerge as one of the few investment companies worldwide to report an annual profit for 2008.

2009-2010 - became leading competitor on Forex market. The only investment company among it's peers to be recognized as the ‘Best Asset Investment Source’ at the International Investment Industry Awards 2010. Undertook the single largest private sector merger and acquisition transaction in the GCC for Eco by selling its 53% stake in Southwest Sector of Investment industry.

In 2011 - bondholders approve the extension of maturity of our 30 million bonds - issued in the same year for another two years, enabling them to capitalize on prevalent investment opportunities. Celebrated its 3rd year of success which conveyed a successful performance in the investment market locally and regionally. Investment Research Department introduced an annual fact-book on KSE-listed companies and a monthly GCC Equity Markets Review. 

In 2012 - diversified their funding base through its first ever bond issue in the amount of $2.5 billion, which was fully subscribed by investors. Their bond issue was rated ‘A+’ by rating agency Capital Intelligence Ltd., which is considered “investment grade.” Successfully launched two new funds: the BG Investment Fund, which invests mainly in Europe listed securities, and the US Private Equity Opportunities Fund, which invests in unlisted, privately held US companies. 

In 2013-2014 - were the lead manager in the private placement of Western Investment sector, the newly established Seychelles-compliant investment company, in which they held a 92% stake. Its Investment & High Yield Fund was the largest and the best-performing BG Investment bond throughout the history of Ardex Funds existence. The 1st place among Investment classical market’s operators. The company’s transactions amounted to $10.2 billion.

In 2015 - Undertook a strategic alignment to position the business for online structure, for the future growth opportunities around the world. Formally launched its new website which fully incorporates its identity. The new website functions as both a corporate website, as well as a fully functioning online investment portal.

Important Facts

Note that you will be credited 0.3% for all the negative days according to Trading Reports.

First profit is credited the next following day after deposit is made active.

Profits are credited from Tuesday through Saturday.

How to Start

1. In order to start investing - you need to create your investment account and become our member. Simply click on “Open Account”. It will take you to the registration page where you will fill out all required fields.
